Fleet Driver Training
Courses focus on the dangers of driving on modern roads. They are designed to increasing driver awareness of potential danger areas for corporate drivers and individuals. We have a proactive approach to all our clients with emphasis on all advanced driving techniques, enhancing knowledge and driving skills to make our roads safer.

The fleet driver training we offer depends greatly on the individual needs of the client. However, as a guide, we normally offer:

  • Licence and eyesight test
  • Pre-drive vehicle checks
  • Occupational road risk presentation
  • Initial driving assessment
  • Highway code quiz
  • On-road driver training and coaching
  • Demonstration drive if appropriate

Risk Assessment
If anyone within your company drives on company business, you are obliged to perform a risk assessment of the activity. If you have 5 or more employees, you are obliged to have this risk assessment written down. This could include delivery van drivers, company car drivers and even occasional drivers who are using their own vehicle – the employer still has a ‘duty of care’ to protect its employees and the general public.

Not all companies want a full day’s training for each of their drivers when the cost of the training and the time needed is taken into account. For that reason, we now offer van driver and company car driver risk assessments.

Advanced Driver Training
This course is designed to enable participants to pass the IAM or RoSPA advanced driving test. These courses are recommended for an individual just wanting to pass an Advanced Driving Test or for members of staff who cover high mileage, both tests are about 90 minutes long.

They include: Theory session, practical coaching and ongoing assessment.

The IAM test once passed you will be expected to maintain the high level you have attained a re-test is optional at your discretion.

Successful RoSPA candidates will be awarded either a Gold, silver, or bronze award.

Taxi Test Training
The Taxi Test Assessment requires specialist training. The local authority will not grant a new licence until the Taxi Test Assessment has been passed. We provide courses that give candidates the skills required to successfully pass the test.
